WADHURST CASTLE COTTAGE
Family Holidays
Wadhurst Castle Cottage is family friendly in a secluded position overlooking the walled garden of historic Wadhurst Castle. The cottage has three spacious bedrooms; the master and second bedrooms can be arranged as king or twin beds and the third bedroom has twin beds. There is also a sofa bed in the sitting room which can accommodate 2 additional guests, if required.
Children are very welcome – there is a high chair and cot in the cottage for families holidaying with toddlers and the cottage has a small, private garden providing an enclosed place where toddlers can play. Babysitting services can be arranged as required with a CRB/ DBS checked sitter.
The cottage is conveniently located a short walk from Wadhurst village which has a good selection of local shops, pubs and places to eat. Local supermarkets – Waitrose, Tesco and Sainsbury also deliver. If you arrange for a delivery on your arrival day, please choose the 12 noon-2pm delivery slot and we will put the perishables in the fridge ready for your arrival.
There are plenty of things to keep older children entertained as the cottage is especially well positioned for family days’ out and many local outdoor activities such as golf, clay pigeon shooting and water sports at Bewl Water.
If you would like your dog to holiday with you, we allow one large or two small well-behaved dogs.
